""Hello. We are the State College Area High School Drumline. We are a group of 8 Snare Drums, 2 Quad Drums, 4 Bass Drums, 3 Bells/Xylophone/Auxiliary Drums, and 8 Cymbals. We get drumline shirts every year from Custom Ink and this year we decided to get a shirt with the fun phrase "We want you...To lose your hearing." Because of this, the group picture we decided to take the famous Uncle Sam look in our picture connecting us to our shirts. The picture was taken at our high school which is where we have our practices. Custom Ink has always been really amazing to us considering we are a very unorganized and crazy group of kids. The fact that Custom Ink is so easy to use is really helpful and amazing to people like us. Our drumline is special in that we don't hold auditions to be members of the drumline, any student is welcomed. This year, as we have had in the past, we have two drummers who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. They enjoy being a part of the drumline and we couldn't imagine not having them with us on Friday Nights. " - State College High School Drumline (Sep 22, 2016)
