"What A Racket" - We Are Simply Smashing!

""What a Racket" is a non-profit organization that was created by two Heathwood Hall Episcopal School students and tennis team members in Columbia SC, Catherine and Mckenna Savoca, to introduce the sport of tennis to 10 and under kids who did not have the resources, coaching or courts to play the game. This organization was organized in 2013 and although Catherine and Mckenna are in college, their dream lives on at Heathwood Hall which made "What a Racket" an official club. Catherine and Mckenna, both students in Virginia, have carried the club up to the Lexington, Virginia community and have begun holding clinics for the children of that area. We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Custom Ink and its representatives who offer us a wonderful, quality t-shirt that the children get to keep and wear each time the attend our clinics. The price for the shirts is reasonable since we rely heavily on the generous donations of our community to help defray costs of the shirts, rackets and tennis balls that we give the children.
