ASL Love on the Red Carpet!

""The Power of Love" was the theme for the 2018 student dance show at Lexington School for the Deaf in East Elmhurst, Queens, New York. Families, faculty and friends enjoy the annual event which features an original story line and choreography under the director of Patricia Mazorra and Wendy Hobbie. Our preschool students were so proud to receive the bright red cast t-shirts created by Custom Ink. A shout-out to Cassandra P., Custom Ink account rep, for walking us through the design process and helping to select a color that made our dance show logo "pop." The students, all of whom are profoundly deaf, are posing in front of our photo booth wall from the May 18, 2018 event. They were so excited and it was hard to get them to stand still.
