"On July 18th, 2015, Wheel Deals Bicycles, Vancouver, WA conducted the first annual "Bridge-2-Bridge Bike Ride" as a fun event and fundraiser for the Wheel Deals Bicycle Shop at Open House Ministries family shelter. Eight members of the 2015 team pedaled the 20.5 mile inaugural ride beginning on the WA side of the I-5 Interstate Bridge, over the Columbia River, continuing along the OR river bike path to the Glenn Jackson Bridge and back on the WA bike path back to Vancouver Town Center. Wheel Deals Bicycles is a job training center for Open House Ministries homeless family shelter, repairing and reselling donated bicycles and providing bike repairs to the community.
The CustomInk team worked to expedite our order to have our commemorative shirts ready for that day's event. Everyone one of the riders was impressed with the quality of the shirts and we plan to frame one to have on permanent display in the Bike Shop. Thank you to the CustomInk Customer Service team!"
