"This is our Burpees for Boobies team. We entered a Crossfit Throwdown Competition to raise money for breast cancer research . 16 teams competed in an 8 WOD (workouts) for time. The Throwdown was hosted by our Gym, Crossfit Sound Beach by Carozza Fitness, held in March 2014 . "
