"These photographs were taken at the Ronald McDonald House in Oak Lawn, Illinois. My very best friend and her husband spent many months at RMH while their son was being treated for his heart defect. RMH provided my friend with a warm, comfortable place to stay while she was experiencing a very difficult time in her life. Part of that stay included home cooked meals provided by businesses, families or organizations like our own. Those home cooked meals provided much comfort to my friend and her husband in their time of need. Since their son has passed, they have kept his spirit alive by contributing to Advocate Hope Children's Hospital and other families affected by congenital heart defects. One of the many ways they do this is by organizing an annual brunch or dinner at RMH. Every July, we are blessed with the opportunity to serve a home cooked meal to families who are in need of a little bit of sunshine while they struggle with having a sick child. This year, we surprised our friend by showing up at RMH wearing our CustomInk t-shirts. She was so touched, and the t-shirts brought happy tears to her eyes. They are a reminder that she is not alone, and that we are all such big supporters of Cesco's Heart. It was so easy to create the perfect representation of the organization, and all the girls were impressed with the quality and care with which the t-shirts were made. Receiving their-shirts was so exciting! And CustomInk did not disappoint. Thank you for helping to contribute to a very special cause. "
