"Last weekend we went to eat lunch after our 3-hour team meeting for our upcoming fundraising event, the BAT 5K: Bringing Awareness to Thalassemia on Oct. 31 at UC Berkeley. We have been working hard prepping for this event on behalf of the Thalassemia Program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, so I wanted to surprise my colleagues with these shirts that I designed for them!
