"We are the RUFF Club of Pedro Menendez High School! We raised over 1,300 lbs of dog and cat food for our local animal rescue organizations, as seen in this picture! We are the only club of our kind in most of the US. We conduct events such as dog washes (we make around $600 every time), baking and selling home-made dog biscuits (we made $300), the Christmas giving-tree (similar to the Salvation Army's, we take the pictures of dogs in our local animal rescue and put them on ornaments with their name and what they want for Christmas, and students and teachers buy them gifts!), and food drives! We never raise money for ourselves; everything is literally "going to the dogs!""
