"My son is a happy 5 month old that loves to smile and has Down Syndrome. This picture was taken on 3-21-15 (World Down Syndrome Day). Our family and friends come over to help us celebrate the blessings that Jaxtin has brought into our lives. We also celebrated getting to put his footprint on the Wall of Hope at Niswonger's Children's hospital NICU. As our shirts say, we are Jaxtin's Rockstars and we are proudly saying a T-21 angel is rocking our world!!!"
