"For all Johns Hopkins entities, we have to go through a training called "Language of Caring". It is something that a lot of companies that are centered around customer service and patient care use. It helps develop the tools for individuals to be able to help people to the best of their ability and helps us find ways to handle the inevitable "unhappy people" situations that we all encounter in customer service settings. On May 21st, our office "Graduated" from the program meaning that we, as an office, completed all of the necessary modules in order to fulfill the requirements from Johns Hopkins. "
