"Kayla started her Kindness project 3 years ago. She provide care bags to adults and children who are in the hospital to provide smiles and help them feel better while they are in the hospital. This year due to Covid 19, Kayla was not able to provide her “regular care bags” with games, puzzles , journals, inspirational gifts , eye masks, back scratchers, ear plugs ( items you need in the hospital but don’t usually receive) . This year Kayla decided to provide face masks to hospitals that she services including Stephensons Cancer Center and Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. The picture includes Kayla in the middle wearing her mask along with nursing staff from Stephensons Cancer Center. The response was fantastic ! Kayla was told the hospital was able to receive the masks as there are several who do not have a mask walking in. The masks are described by staff as perfect as they can be washed , are very soft and light weight to wear. "
