"Team Lactic Acid Flashback ran the Ragnar Relay DC, 200 miles from Cumberland MD to Washington DC this past weekend (September 12-13). We had such a blast, 12 of us in one 15-passenger van! To combine the themes of our team name and our ultimate destination (DC), we chose red and blue tie dye shirts, with some white accents, to make our groovy/patriotic design."
