Pep Talk

"This photograph was taken in Uniontown, Pennsylvania outside of Fayette County Courthouse. It was taken directly after the adoption of the final two Hackers, the twins (#5 and #6!) I was given less than two weeks to prepare for this court hearing, and Custom Ink did an amazing job customizing our "team" shirts and rushing them to us in time for adoption day. I love this picture because it symbolizes a "pep talk" and the family nature of our "team" - I'm a single mother who has adopted six amazing children. We meet life's day-to-day challenges as a team, despite the fact that we've all come from different backgrounds. From the original visit to Custom Ink's web site to the online live chat help to the friendly person on the phone, Custom Ink's customer service was incomparable to anything I've experienced before (and I've already let people know that!) The quality of the product was great, and the notes along the way - via e-mail, packaging, etc. were endearing and showed Custom Ink's dedication to its customers.
