"We made our "Team little Emma" shirts to wear to spread awareness since our daughter was born with a heart defect and needed to have heart surgery 12 hours old. We have used our shirts for 5 Heart Walks in the past year and we have loved wearing them. This picture is the most recent heart walk we went to at the Santa Monica Pier, and we met Lu Parker from KTLA 5 and they even showed this picture on their morning news segment. We are super grateful that these shirts,, and they have helped us to spread awareness about heart disease. Thank you custom ink !!!"
