"I design a Team Elena tshirt every year for people to wear and support JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in hopes of finding a cure. Through the purchase of these shirts, a person's support for me, as a Type 1 Diabetic, as well as diabetics everywhere, shines through and they are kind enought to donate time and money to this cause.
