Team Jacob

"My brother Jacob (28 yrs old) was in the U.S. Army and served in Iraq was diagnosed with Leukemia on October 18, 2014. 4 days later he suffered 2 major strokes, one in his spleen and one in his brain and several mini strokes. He became paralyzed on his left side due to the strokes. He also developed a blood clot in his brain from the stroke. He stayed in the hospital for nearly 3 months receiving chemo for the leukemia and also for rehab on his left side. I (Jacobs sister) decided to get tshirts made to help raise money for his medical bills and expenses. We had an amazing turn out for the shirts! Jacob finally got to go home for a few weeks but still had the blood clot In his brain and on January 21, 2015 the blood clot moved in his brain and caused him to have another major stroke and he died instantly. The picture submitted is of some of his family and was taken on June 17, 2015 it was Jacobs 29th birthday and we all wore our team Jacob shirts and went to his grave and let balloons go for his birthday and we let his 7 yr old son and his niece and nephew put red white and blue star confetti on his grave!! We also have a few people including myself and my mom who are wanting long sleeve team Jacob shirts for the fall and winter so we will be ordering some more!
