The Legends of Crossfit Explode. West Chester, PA

"We are a group of seniors ranging in age from 55-68 yrs olds having great fun with Crossfit. Since the average age is 25-35 we needed to stand out as a group. We typically work out 4-5 times a week and have been doing so for 2+ years. We have dinner parties quarterly and travel together whenever possible. This April, 6 of us will be doing the Bourbon Craft Trail in Kentucky for a week staying in B&B's along the way. Unfortunately 3 of our members couldn't make the photo shoot.
