"Valley fever is a disease endemic to the American Southwest where it affects more people than other diseases like West Nile, but has a lower profile because it isn't nation wide. Our non-profit, Valley Fever Americas Foundation, works to save lives through increasing awareness so victims get diagnosed earlier. This photo is a record breaking number of survivors in one place at one time! Official name of the disease is Coccidioidomycosis, Cocci for short. CustomInk has been a tremendous resource for our event shirts. This sapphire survivor shirt has been used for three years in a row, no changes, and it is given to survivors free. We also order our regular event shirts and specialty toddler shirts from CustomInk as well.
