"Dream Believe Succeed is the name of my team for the Walk to end Alzheimer's. My mother is in the final stages (hospice) and awareness for the organization and what they do is a very important to me. Most important is awareness. I have a wonderful group of family and friends who support this cause and I wanted to give them something that would showcase their support on more than just the day of the walk. I designed this t-shirt with my teenage daughter to make it something that can be worn all year long. Maybe someone will ask them about the shirt and that is one more person who now knows about Alzheimer's! "
