"Our Pilates instructor is our inspiration. Every Tuesday and Thursday, she (kindly) kicks our cores, using the most soothing voice to direct the most challenging Pilates moves. We have a few sayings in our class, one being, "we are not about easy." Therefore, in honor of her birthday, we ordered shirts for 20 of us, which we all wore to class on a pre-arranged date. She walked in and was astounded -- it was totally worth all the planning! She is now proudly wearing her shirt quite regularly. And so are we, which is a constant reminder of our Pilates mantra -- and the woman who helps shape our cores...and our lives."
