How will my t-shirts be printed?
Custom Ink offers two main t-shirt printing methods, screen printing and direct-to-garment (or digital) printing. Screen printing is the art of applying layers directly to a t-shirt, and direct-to-garment printing is handled by a garment printer that carefully applies ink to shirts. We promise to always use the best print method for your order’s unique needs.
How do I make a great/quality t-shirt design?
Custom Ink’s Design Lab makes it fun and easy to make a custom design online thanks to our huge artwork and font libraries. Looking for a good starting point for your t-shirt design? We have a great selection of templates that you can tailor to make uniquely your own, or feel free to try out Assisted Design, our design wizard that gives you great designs with the click of a few buttons. Where can I print on a shirt?
You can print on the front, back, pocket, and sleeves of shirts with Custom Ink! Once you’ve selected your shirt, easily toggle between designing on the front and back using the icons in the top right-hand corner of the Design Lab. Want to print on the shirt sleeves? Select “Sleeve Design” to narrow down your design style and then give our Customer Service Team a call at 855-563-7465 to finalize your order.
Do I have to order a certain number of shirts?
No, Custom Ink is proud to offer tons of no minimum t-shirts—which means you can order as few as one shirt if you’d like! Want to know a shirt’s minimum quantity requirements? Start by shopping our no minimum tees or check out the “Product Overview” section after you’ve selected your perfect tee.
How is the price determined?
Your all-inclusive price is determined by three things: the product you choose, the number of ink colors used for your screen printed or digital-print design, and the total quantity of items in your order. Can I order the same design on multiple shirt styles?
Yes, we make it easy to add your design to multiple styles right from our Design Lab. Click the “Add Products” icon on the left-hand side and a pop-up window with complementary styles will appear. You can add additional colors, choose from our hand-picked related products, or browse our entire catalog.
How do I wash a screen printed t-shirt?
It’s important to keep something as special as your custom shirts looking great. For optimal care of your tee, turn your shirt inside out and wash on cold. Dry on low heat and avoid directly ironing screen printed areas.
