This girls often laugh and sometimes cry during workout together, but they continue to push each other to become better inside and outside the gym. In May, 2014, Vernal CrossFit is getting a much larger new gym space that's in need of some repairs, upgrades and new equipment. So to help raise extra funds to help out, the ladies of Vernal CrossFit come together to fund raise with our "Suck It Up Cupcake, Made By Vernal CrossFit" tank tops.
