How to Design Medical Team Apparel
Medical teams usually want a tee for fun runs and events, a zip layer for cold hospital floors, and a mug for the break room. The 3 picks below cover all three.
Bayside USA-Made Jersey T-shirt
- Made-in-the-USA cotton tee for fun runs and unit events
- Team name on the front and the unit on the back
Champion Powerblend Midweight Zip Hoodie
- Zip layer for cold hospital floors
- Room for the unit or hospital logo on the chest
Collect sizes with Custom Ink’s Group Order Form. Everyone picks a size from a shared link, and the organizer pays once.

Medical Team Names FAQ
How do we pick a medical team name?
Most medical names are puns on the job, like The I-V Leaguers or Heart Throbs. Pick one the whole unit will be happy to wear.
Can we add our unit or hospital name?
Yes. Many teams put the team name on the front and the unit, hospital, or event on the back.
When should we order our shirts?
Order a few weeks before you need them. That leaves time to approve the design, collect sizes, and have the shirts arrive in time.
Can I get help with the design?
Yes. Start in the Design Lab, and Custom Ink’s Inkers can help with fonts, colors, and placement.
